1. Who we are. Sloppen Soundato is an app created by Hyper Generative Author and fully managed by him. For any collaborations, questions or feedback, please contact him at: sloppensoundato@gmail.com

2. The service. Sloppen Soundato gives a written critique (a "review") of tracks made with AI tools, with fix suggestions for Suno and material to share. It is meant for tracks you created. Reviews are produced with the help of an AI model and software measurements of your file.

3. A review is an opinion, and AI can be wrong. A review is an opinion about a piece of music. It is not a statement of fact, a guarantee of commercial success or professional advice. Sloppen Soundato uses artificial intelligence, which is not perfect and can make mistakes: it can mishear or misjudge a track, and the same track can receive different reviews on different runs. Do not rely on a review as the only basis for a decision. Sloppen describes the writing and the sound; it does not judge whether the views expressed in lyrics are right or wrong. 4. Your tracks and your rights. You may upload only tracks that you created with AI tools and for which you hold the necessary rights. You confirm this before every purchase. You keep all rights to your track. We use your audio only to produce your review. We do not claim ownership of your tracks, we do not publish or sell them, and we do not use them to train models. You are responsible for the tracks you upload and you will compensate us for claims that arise from an upload you had no right to make.

5. Credits and payment. Reviews are paid with prepaid credits bought through Stripe. One credit is used only when a review is delivered to you. If a review fails and nothing is delivered, no credit is used and you can try again. Prices include VAT where it applies. Credits expire 12 months after purchase.

6. Refunds. If you paid and did not receive a review because of a technical failure, we restore the credit or refund the payment. We do not refund because you disagree with a review or with its verdict. Because a review is digital content delivered immediately at your request, if you are a consumer in the EU you agree to immediate delivery and you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once the review is delivered. Your mandatory consumer rights are not affected.

7. Acceptable use. Do not upload tracks you have no right to use, or unlawful content. Do not try to bypass limits, access codes or payments, or to overload the service. We may refuse or stop a request.

8. Your results. You may share your review, texts and share card freely.

9. Availability and changes. The service is provided "as is" and may change or be interrupted. We may update these terms; the version in force when you buy applies to that purchase.

10. Liability. As far as the law allows, our liability for a review is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Governing law. Italian law applies. If you are a consumer you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence.

12. Editorial reviews. Sloppen Soundato may also publish its own reviews of publicly released tracks. These are editorial opinions of Sloppen Soundato about public works. They are not produced through a customer's account and are not a service offered to the artist.
